Designer for a Day
8 hours of Design consulting and assistance in your home, including a 2-hour Initial Consult as well as a scheduled 6-hour day in your home and/or store(s).

- Floor plan and layout ideas
- Arranging and selecting furniture and accessories through local retailers
- Selecting paint colors for walls and cabinetry
- Lighting selections and suggested layouts
- Flooring, tile, countertop and cabinetry options
Designer by your Side
Designer by your Side is a comprehensive offering that will take your project from an idea to reality. Whether the project is expected to last 6 weeks or 6 months, you will have access to an experienced designer to help you throughout the entirety of your project with decisions such as:
- Floor plan and layout ideas
- Mood Boards
- Selections of flooring, tile, grout, trim, countertops, lighting and plumbing fixtures
- Selecting paint colors for walls, cabinetry and millwork
- Meeting with trades & vendors
- On site appointments and walk-throughs
- Managing of custom window treatments & upholstery orders
- Sourcing and selection of finishes & furnishings
Design and Management
Our Custom Design and Project Management option allows you to sit back and relax by the pool while we handle all the work – from start to finish!
Beginning with creating the perfect floor plan in realistic 3D renderings for you to envision your space, to managing all design aspects throughout construction (with MHD’s General Contracting service or your own GC), we will be there each step of the way to ensure the design is implemented to perfection.

- Placing orders, arranging delivery and being present on installation days
